With November now upon us, and temperatures plunging to a disagreable 6-7 degrees during nights (absence of heating or any insulation definitely felt here...), lets have a pic from September, when summer was still in full swing and the sun blazing. So yeah, la playa!
Maybe you've noticed, maybe not - it's been somewhat quiet here! Not because there isn't interesting stuff to post though - on the contrary! Lots of new pics are waiting. This is to say: COFFEE BREAK OVER SOON...
Also dann, hier nochmal: Happy Birthday, altes Buntes Haus!!! Respect den Leuten die den Laden rocken und: "Probably the friendliest place on earth" - may it be a hundred years more :-D
...some new pics finally, shot during May. From the first real sunshine in the city (finally again!), to a few different cityscape spots. One, the small hut below larger apartment blocks, Pudel Club at Hamburg. The other, falling apart, an old industrial building. at Berlin. Why the small house, ducked away beneath the large appartment towers behind, was ever called "Golden Pudel" is beyond me. Maybe cause it resembles a neat dog's hut compared to its large neighbors in size. Anyway. Even though it's now damaged by fire, fans and supporters of the club that used to be in there put up a minuscule, symbolic version, complete with smiley, next to it. That's putting up a brave face - never tell me the odds! // Speaking of odds, what are the ones this round building is up against? Time, I'd say. The old train shed at Pankow/Heinersdorf sits abandonned and rusting away since the late 90s.
Watch out you capitalist pigs, a new opponent's gonna hit you - likely by pelting empty Duff cans in your general direction! Homer going on a wild rampage for the downtrodden of the Earth :-) Seen at Blauer Kamp, H-heim.
